We set out to create a logo that embodied the fictional spy agency, Citadel. A retro-inspired typeface harkens to the golden age of espionage while still feeling modern and tech-forward. The mark features a customized “A” at the fulcrum, alluding to the converging pathways of the two main characters. We also explored a variety of visual devices to express these themes while also alluding to the agency’s presence in the modern world—this included monogram development that Prime Video’s team continued to push forward internally.
